Q: How can I subscribe or renew to Ukulele Magazine?

Q: When will I receive my first issue?
A:  It will likely take 6-8 weeks to receive your first copy in the mail. For destinations outside of the United States, please allow up to 10 weeks.

We know, it sounds like a long time to wait! When we mail your first issue depends on when you placed your order and where we are in our publishing schedule. We send out each issue at the same time to all active subscribers we have on file for that mail date – this is how we can keep your subscription price affordable and still afford the postage fees ourselves.

Q: How can I access my subscription information?
A: If you would like to access information about your magazine subscription - such as your subscription expiration date,  renewal offers, change of address, or change of email - please click here.

Q: I received a damaged issue of Ukulele, how can I get a replacement copy?
A: Write to UkuleleService@stringletter.com to report a damaged issue.

Q: I missed an issue of Ukulele, how can I get a replacement copy?
A: Write to UkuleleService@stringletter.com to report a missing issue. Please note that there are several reasons why you may not get your issue including change of address, issues with payment processing, or an expired subscription - we will gladly investigate for you.  

Q: How can I order back issues of Ukulele?

Q: Does this book have TAB?
A: If a particular guidebook has TAB, this information will be noted in the product description.

Q: I ordered multiple items and only received part of my order, where is the rest?
A: Our products may ship from multiple locations, so you might receive more than one shipment. In particular, several of our apparel items and gear ship from outside of our magazine warehouse.

Q: How can I access my digital edition of Ukulele?

A: If you have an active subscription, you can download the current digital edition. Each month, we send an e-mail out to active subscribers with a unique download link. If you haven't received this e-mail, please contact us at UkuleleService@stringletter.com and make sure your subscription account record is up to date with your e-mail address.

Q: I'm unhappy with my recent purchase. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes! Here's how.

Books, magazines or any other physical product:

You may return an item if you’re not satisfied within 30 days of when you received it. The product must be undamaged and in new condition. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment in the amount of the original price paid for the item, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 3 business days of receipt at our office. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please email UkuleleService@stringletter.com to request a refund or exchange.

Audio or video downloads, eBooks or any other digital product:
You may receive a refund for a digital product if you’re not satisfied. Please email UkuleleService@stringletter.com to request a refund.
