Holiday Hours Information
Our office will be closed December 19th through December 27th, 2020 for a holiday break. We will also be closed on January 1st, 2021.
We are looking forward to having this time off to relax, be with our loved ones (even if that's only over zoom this year), and make music! But, we understand that you may need help with your subscription or purchase during this time and want to be sure we don't leave you hanging.
So, here's what you need to know:
All physical products have been temporarily marked out of stock, since we are not available to ship them. We package and mail every order we receive lovingly by hand. Please check back in 2021 for books and accessories!
Digital products will continue to be fulfilled automatically via email. If you do not immediately see an email with your unique download link in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
The Spring 2021 issue of Ukulele magazine will be mailed to active subscribers in early January. We will do a supplemental mailing of this issue as well, so if you place a subscription order over our holiday break or in the first week of the new year, please do not worry, as you will still receive a copy of the Spring issue of the magazine.
