Holiday Hours Information
Our office will be closed December 21st through December 29th, 2019 for a holiday break. We will also be closed on January 1st, 2020.
We are looking forward to having this time off to relax, be with our loved ones, and make music! But, we understand that you may need help with your subscription or purchase during this time and want to be sure we don't leave you hanging.
So, here's what you need to know:
Any order of a physical product placed after December 19th will not be shipped until the new year. We package and mail every order we receive by hand, in the order that we receive them.
The Spring 2020 issue of Ukulele magazine will be mailed to active subscribers in early January. We will do a supplemental mailing of this issue as well, so if you place a subscription order over our holiday break or in the first few weeks of the new year, please do not worry, as you will still receive a copy of the Spring issue of the magazine.
