Hawaiian Themed Ukulele Strap
A strap is a necessity for any uke player; whether lounging and strumming on the deck at home or standing up on stage rocking out, a strap just makes life (and playing!) that much easier. With your choice of two sizes and five patterns, your strap experience got a whole lot more exciting! From sea turtles swimming merrily up the length to tropical bird of paradise explosion, this adjustable strap is made of printed ribbon or fabric sewn onto either a 1" or 1.5" lightweight polypropylene webbing with leather buttonholed ends. It also comes equipped with a leather lace to tie at the headstock if a second buttonhole is not used. You can adjust this little guy from 38" to 58" in length to make it more comfortable to wear. Made in California by Sherrin's Threads.
About Sherrin's Threads:Creating artwork through thread and textiles began at an early age for Sherrin Elliott. Growing up with a mother that regularly made clothing and created art through cross stitch, as well as a grandmother that knitted and crocheted, she was taught these and many other types of textile arts. Years later, Sherrin’s husband joined in partnership with a friend to open a music store that focused on ukuleles. Seeing the need for Hawaiian print straps to go with this Hawaiian instrument, she began her business in hopes of providing the local ukulele players with beautiful “Handmade in the USA” straps. This small business soon grew beyond the dreams that she had and is now a full fledged manufacturing business, but her attention to detail and quality product continues.
